Solutions for Epigenomics Studies

Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing (WGBS)

Whole genome bisulfite sequencing is the gold-standard approach for global 5-methylcytosine (5mC) detection. It provides comprehensive single-base resolution and allows to analyze the methylation status of every CpG in the genome.

Ultra-Low Input WGBS

Ultra-Low input WGBS is particularly indicated for the methylation analysis of precious and limited samples (e.g. FACS-sorted cell populations). This approach is based on post-bisulfite library construction, and it accommodates as little as 1 ng  input DNA.

Reduced Representation Bisulfite Sequencing (RRBS)

Reduced representation bisulfite sequencing combines restriction enzyme digestion and bisulfite sequencing to enrich for genomic regions with a high CpG content (promoters and repeated sequences). It is a cost-effective alternative to WGBS

Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing (ChIP-seq)

Chromatin immunoprecipitation and sequencing allows to identify protein-DNA interactions and histone modifications genome-wide.

ATAC-seq

ATAC-Seq is the gold-standard method to analyze the effect of chromatin structure changes on gene transcription. It employs Tn5 transposase to identify open chromatin regions in the genome.
